Everyone is talking about the intestinal microbiome. This is the sum of all bacteria and microorganisms that are located in the intestinal tract. In my therapy I pay attention to the entire microbiome, i.e. not only bacteria, but I also take a look at other microorganisms if the patient’s symptoms require it. This includes fungi, parasites and viruses, which can also be responsible for various symptoms, often resistant to therapy, and found also in places other than the intestines. In some cases, for example, treatment of a parasitosis is necessary in order to efficiently treat another ailment.
