How to make an appointment

If you speak German, please visit the following page, read through all the information and then book your appointment via Doctorlib:

If you don’t speak German, no worries –  to make an appointment, please proceed as follows:

Send us your complete data by email to the following address:

Your information should include your full name, date of birth, place of residence, insurance status (insurance carrier) and your phone number where we can reach you. You can also indicate whether you prefer personal appointments or online appointments (via video consultation). We offer online appointments and this allows us to keep face-to-face appointments to a minimum (e.g. for blood draws and exams). For this purpose, we use a data-protection-secure line, which fully complies with the current legal requirements, e.g. in terms of data protection. You only need to have a  stable internet connection.

After reviewing your request, our team will contact you within the following days, arrange the necessary appointments (usually one appointment each for the initial consultation with review of all preliminary findings, for blood sampling and for discussion of the examination results and subsequent therapy planning) and send you the following documents: our treatment contract, the declaration of acceptance and a questionnaire. Please complete, sign and return these documents to us, provided you wish to make an appointment after reviewing them. If we currently do not have any free appointments due to a high volume of patients, we will be happy to put you on our waiting list and contact you immediately as soon as we have a free appointment.

As an alternative to email, you can also call us at 0162-5133927. Please leave a message on the mailbox if your call is not answered. We will call you back as soon as possible.
