Due to the continued high demand, we are currently unable to offer regular appointments for new patients.
To ensure your request can still be considered, we have created a waiting list.
As soon as appointments become available at short notice – for example due to cancellations, rescheduled appointments, or additional capacity – we will review our waiting list and contact you proactively if we are able to offer you an appointment in the near future.

The more detailed the information you provide, the better we can evaluate your medical request and determine whether we can offer you an appropriate appointment when capacity becomes available. General Information on Appointment Booking
💬 Initial consultation (initial medical history)
For the initial consultation you can choose between:
⏱ 60-minute appointment
⏱ 90-minute appointment
Many patients have complex symptoms and extensive medical histories. Therefore, we often need more time to:
✔ Discuss complaints in a structured manner
✔ Review existing medical records
✔ Plan appropriate diagnostic procedures
✔ Determine initial treatment approaches
💡 Our recommendation: If you have many complaints or a long medical history, please book the 90-minute appointment.
➡️ Only the time actually needed is charged.
⚡ Short appointments (15 minutes)
For certain services, a short 15-minute appointment is usually sufficient.
For example, for:
- 💉 Infusion therapies (e.g., vitamins, trace elements, carnitine, amino acids, alpha-lipoic acid)
- 🧪 Heavy metal diagnostics (test according to the criteria of the German Society for Metal Toxicology)
- 🫧 Ozone therapy
- 🩸 Iron infusion
- ⚕️ Toxopherese
These appointments include a brief medical consultation and the determination of the appropriate course of action.
⚠️ Important: Should further questions arise or additional findings need to be discussed, the appointment may of course take longer. In this case, only the actual consultation time required will be charged.
Example: You book a 15-minute appointment, the conversation lasts 37 minutes → you will be charged for 37 minutes of conversation time.
📄 Documents
As part of the appointment booking process, you can fill out all the necessary documents directly digitally.

These documents can be filled out and signed entirely digitally.
Printing or scanning is not required.
If any information is missing, you can add to or fill in the documents later, even after booking your appointment.
📑 Preliminary medical records for the initial consultation
For the initial consultation, we will need your previous medical records, if available.
These include, for example:
📊 Lab results
📄 Physician reports
🔬 Endoscopy or imaging findings
🏥 Hospital reports
These documents are not an optional addition, but an important basis for the initial consultation. If you have no prior documents, Dr. Rohrer will use your medical history questionnaire as a guide.
The initial consultation will include:
✔ Your symptoms will be discussed in detail
✔ Existing medical records will be reviewed together
✔ Possible suspected diagnoses will be formulated
✔ A diagnostic and therapeutic approach (procedure) will be developed
In order for this to be meaningfully possible, we need as much available medical information as possible.
📤 Transmission of records
You can submit your medical records in two ways:
- 📤 Upload via your 321Med patient account
- 📧 Alternatively, you can email our practice at individuellemedizin.rohrer@gmail.com
Please ensure that the documents consultation and are submitted at least 3 working days in advance so that they can be discussed together during the appointment and Dr. Rohrer’s team has sufficient time to organize and prepare them. The earlier, the better.

Appointments in Germany
Appointments for consultations in Germany are not offered online. These are only available to existing patients and are scheduled manually by our team, as I am only in Germany at certain times of the year.
✅ Tip:
Book an appointment early and upload your medical reports as soon as possible – this will allow us to optimally prepare for the initial consultation.
🚀 New appointment option: Prioritized initial consultation (Switzerland location)
Due to the very high demand for initial appointments at our practice, regular initial consultations currently often involve a waiting time of approximately four to six months. This is due to the large number of inquiries our practice receives.
For patients who would like a timely medical assessment or a faster start of therapy, we therefore offer a limited number of so-called prioritized initial consultations.
This appointment option usually allows you to receive an initial consultation within two to four weeks.
Medical care is, of course, provided with the same level of care, thoroughness, and diagnostic depth that applies to all consultations in our practice.
As these appointments require short-term scheduling and increased organizational effort, a separate fee is charged for the prioritized initial consultation.
Please note that the number of these appointments is strictly limited and can only be offered to a very small extent each week.
After your first consultation, you will be considered an existing patient of our practice. Any further appointments will then take place under the regular conditions.
Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking page. After a successful booking, you will automatically receive all necessary information regarding your consultation, including the access details for online appointments.rmine.
